Can my wife/spouse join?

How is communication structured during the program?

Trainerize is the primary platform: that's where your training, nutrition, and weekly check-ins live. We use WhatsApp for daily quick questions and accountability. Email for longer strategic items. You'll have my direct WhatsApp access throughout the 6 months.

What if I have a medical condition?

Disclose it on the call. If it's manageable (high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, joint issues, prior injuries) we adapt the program. If it requires active medical management we coordinate with your physician or refer you out. Either way, full transparency is required at the start.

What if I'm based outside the USA?

The program is delivered virtually so location doesn't matter for coaching. However, current paid acquisition is focused on USA-based Indian executives. If you're in Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore, or India and want to enroll, reach out directly. Pricing may be adjusted to your local currency.

How fast will I see results?

What happens after the 6 months?
