Modern Warrior Fitness is not a medical provider. Our coaching is for general fitness and lifestyle purposes only. We are not licensed dietitians, doctors, or therapists. Before starting any new fitness program, consult your physician. Results vary based on individual effort, starting condition, and adherence to the protocol.
By submitting our application form, popup, or chat widget, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated communications from Modern Warrior Fitness via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. These may include:
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow-up messages related to your inquiry
• Promotional offers and nurture content
• Service-related notifications
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message. Reply HELP at any time for support. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending transactional messages related to active services you have purchased.
Coaching investment is disclosed during your initial strategy call. Payment options include pay-in-full and split-payment plans. By accepting our service and providing payment, you agree to the coaching agreement provided separately. Refunds within the first 14 days of starting the protocol are available if you have completed the agreed deliverables and have not seen measurable progress, subject to terms specified in your individual agreement.
All personal information you share with us during coaching, including health data, business information, and personal goals, is kept confidential. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on this site, including the The Executive Blueprint methodology, written materials, videos, and graphics, is the property of TanwarECommerce Corporation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Warrior Fitness and TanwarECommerce Corporation are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if you violate these terms, behave inappropriately toward staff or other clients, or fail to follow agreed protocols. We will refund any prepaid amounts for services not rendered.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
